Bilingualism in Falher

Falher has always been very bilingual. Established in 1912 by a French missionary, the town prides itself on being a historical and current francophone community in northern Alberta. With its francophone community association and its French school that help retain its heritage, the town has a direct line to maintain a connection to francophones around the whole region, community and the province. The city’s website is completely bilingual.
